I just enrolled in an individual policy last month The plan It is supposed to include an HSA component. I have received no information to explain any of this. I called the number for members' service on the back of the card and held for 30 minutes only to have the customer service representative tell me that she knows nothing about Health Savings Accounts. She gave me a contact number for My Benefit Wallet and told me to call them. The number was not in service. Your customer service is awful and nobody seems to care. I am paying almost $1300 per month to be ignored and abused.
