I just got off the phone with your Customer Service.
My call was to find out the charges that would I incur when using my Debit Card in Australia this summer.
I was told there would be a 3% charge and the exchange rate would be .20.
The exchange rate today is .28.
Why are you charging almost 11% to use a Fifth Third Debit card in Australia, when I can use my Chase Debit Card for a 2.5% charge and the current XRate rate?
I just told your Customer Service Rep that if in fact those are the correct charges to use my Debit Card in Australia, that is enough to make me just close out my Fifth Third Account and put everything into my Chase Account.
