Rik sent a message to Greg Creed – Chief Executive Officer of Yum Brands – Email Address that said:
I just had a hideous experience at one of your restaraunts. I went through the drive thru. While in line I witnessed three of your employees in the parking lot smoking a joint. It took 5 minutes for the car in front of me to be waited on. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I was told "um...I'll be wit' you in a minute." 4 minutes and 37 seconds later the same drugged out moron came back on and said "um... pull up to the window". I then waited another two minutes for thew car in front of me to get their food. I then pulled up to window to see the same three potheads and one other employee huddled around the cash register in an obvious state of confusion. After waiting for an additional 2 minutes while theses paragons of virtue ignored me, I said "perhaps if you weren't out back getting high at work you would be to do your damn job!" and drove off. This was unacceptable and you can be damned sure I'm going to tell this story to as many people as I can and spread it on social media. I would fire all involved and remove the franchisee immediately! I only regret that it's Saturday and I can't sell my YUM stock right now!!! This is not the first unacceptable experience at this location.
