I just read the story where you suggest retailers are in a panic and your response is to match low prices.
I have had a couple of recent experiences in your store and suggest having well trained employees who care about the customer would also be a major step forward. It is not all about lowest price.
Amazon is a major competitor but one of the reasons I shop them is their customer service. I have never left their site because I couldnt find someone to help me. I have walked out of your store because there was no one to be found except one cashier.
I suggest you evaluate the entire customer experience, not just their attitude toward price. We will always say we want it cheaper but an excellent customer experience in the store can bring back a lot of people regardless of price.
