I just received my bill and the rate has increased $26. I absolutely cannot afford this rate. I own my own modem, am forced to use and pay $4 for convertor boxes and have no dvr box. I do not want or need 1. I would like for you to tell me how my rate can be reduced to $100. Can my internet mbp be reduced?
I have been a loyal tw cable subscriber since the 1990s. My account was originally under my husbands name, David Mielnicki. He is now deceased. I do not want to cancel but will be forced to unless you can find a way to reduce my rate to $100.
