I just tried to purchase a book and could not. I read a free book from the old blog (can't figure out the new one). After reading, I wanted to purchase the follow sequel. I tried on my Nook and received a message that my password was incorrect. I logged requested a change of passwords and had no trouble. Problem was, it would not take it on my nook. I went back to the computer and searched for the book. Great results. Put it in my cart and went back to looking for other books. Problem, I couldn't get back to the cart.
I'm so frustrated with the blog, I almost said forget Barnes and Noble. Now I try to spend money purchasing a Nook book and cannot. I love my Nook, but not the problems. I may not be the most computer literate person, but I expect it to be easy to purchase on your site, if not on the Nook. If I'm having problems, how many other seniors are having the same problem.
