I just want you to know that every company should have customer service like Gap! I made a mistake in a size of an item...it's a week before Christmas and totally my fault. I called customer service and the woman that answered was so bubbly and happy. I had been on hold for some time which I had expected, but I also had expected to get someone hurried and overwhelmed. What I actually got was someone who assured me from the very beginning that she could help me and was calm, happy and took all the time needed to fix my issue. She also gave me the sale price I originally paid and waived shipping. I had totally expected to pay full price since its not currently on sale and was thrilled to get the sale price honored. In today's world you tend to only hear the negative in the world...I wanted to share something happy! Merry Christmas to you and your family and thank you for running a quality company, great products and excellent customer service. Its a winning combination and I'm a customer for life! I wish I had the name of the woman, please acknowledge her, she was amazing!
