I just wanted to contact you and let you know how disappointed I am in Target- John J. Mulligan email address

Donna sent a message to John J. Mulligan Interim President and CEO, Target Corporation that said:

I just wanted to contact you and let you know how disappointed I am in Target. I ordered some items online for Christmas. Two of the items said they were delivered . When I opened the package it was my name on the front label but someone else's invoice and items inside. I called customer service and the representative told me he would take care of it and express ship my items so they would arrive before Christmas. The package came on Dec 22. The invoice says there were two items in the package . But there was only one item which was a video game in there. The other video game was not. I called customer service and after waiting on hold for about a half hour my call was dropped. I called back and after explaining my situation and being on hold my call was dropped again. I called again asked to speak to a supervisor and the person said he was the supervisor . I explained my situation to him he said he would express ship the game. Then he said he couldn't because the first guy messed something up with my order. He said I could pick it up at the store but it couldn't be delivered. He looked and the closest store that had it was in Philadelphia. No store near me had it. So I told him never mind just refund me and I will get it somewhere else. He told me he could not refund me because of what the first guy did to rectify my original problem. He said that I would get an email from the refund department in 24 hours. Well it's been 24 hours and I have no game , no refund,and no email about my refund. I am very disappointed with Target for this huge waste of my time. They were also supposed to send me a mailer so I could ship this other persons order to Target. They never sent that either so I will just mail it to the girl myself. What poor customer service. I'm sure as the CEO you are very interested in customer service and pleasing your customers. I would appreciate it you could take a minute and reply to my email. I certainly will not be shopping there anymore because of this incident .
