I just wanted to email you and let you know that my 9 year old has recently bought an x box from your web site and we did have some trouble with the unit. Not a problem I took it to the store located on Noble Blvd Ste 140 Carlisle Pa, The gentleman there was a huge help, unfortunately I can't remember his name or the exact date/time I was there. But just today I had to go to the York Galleria ste 272 York Pa store to get my hard drive replaced the guys who opened the store today (11/3/20016) were amazing guys there were3 of them but they were so patient and very polite and respectful these 3 gentleman deserve some recognition for their actions. I work in a retail store myself and understand how hard it can be but I could tell that they were truly happy to beat work at your company. Keep hiring guys like these they definitely let the customers with the impression you want them to leave with.
