I just wanted to let you know how difficult it is to use Kohls on line my account. even if you contact Kohls by phone customer service is not very helpful, This happens many times when I try to access my account. It has become a task to try to get on line with my account every time it wants all 3 security questions answered (stupid) Have accounts with Macy's, JC Penny and Lord Taylor and never had an issue signing into my accounts. Could you find out why this is an issue or should I just close my account. My wife loves Kohls but on line account is my issue.
