I just wanted to let you know that I was on my way to an event in downtown Tucson and my check engine light came on and that had never happened before in 11 years and Oreilly Auto Parts was right in front of me as I turned the corner. It was at 22nd and 6th so I stopped because I needed to know if I needed to skip the event and go home. I walk in and after the shock that I wasn't dressed for an auto part ; the manager was very kind and assisted me with my problem. He was able to print out paperwork for the codes from my cars computer and assured me that I wasn't going to break down, but the problem did need to be addressed. This happened around 7 pm on 8/20 and I didn't get his name, but I just wanted you to know that he was on top of his game and helped to reassure me that I could go to my event and that I would make it home at night; which I did. This store is on the southside of town and people tend to look down at the businesses and people that live in the area, but I have never been so taken care of by any business like I was in that store. I just wanted to let you know that. Give that man a raise!
