I just wanted to write you a note describing the worst customer experience I have had dealing with your company.
I ordered coffee online on Dec 2 2017 and received a confirmation with a 2 business day delivery.
Today is the 13th and the order still has not been processed.
We called the helpline a couple of times and were told the order was in processing. We asked to speak to a manager and were told it would take 24-48 hours for someone to call us back. It took 3 days.
I am so frustrated with nespresso that I am getting rid of a machine that I paid $500 for.
