I know that some years ago, a success book travelled among CEO from all around the world regarding the explicit negative or critical attitude of the customer written down here and there for the management of the corporations (what goes wrong) and regarding the fact that this customer notices have huge value for the smart guys from top management. Criticism is gold.
That is why I refuse to say something about things that goes wrong in Ikea Romania. You don’t deserve this. In fact you are not at all interested in eastern europe but to extract what is to be extracted: money, wood, whatever. It is more and more obvious that Sweeden and not only Sweeden made disperate efforts to keep the wealth of his inhabitants on higher levels, certainly, dipping in deep shit non important countries. As always. Capitalism is build upon the back of the stupid and poor inhabitants of the east, and not only from the east, isn’t it?
I have only one joy – as your shop look today in Romania, I am pretty sure that it will be no more left time until Sweden will follow the destiny of his system.
