I know that the CEO doesnt actually read or respond to emails however it is important for the company to know how your employees treat customers. I made a reservation over a week ago and never picked up the car yet was charged for it. I called Customer Service 3 times to fix the issue and they all told me it would be fixed but it has not. The last person I spoke to hung up on me. I did not treat him unprofessionally he just didnt want to help me so he hung up. There are plenty of rental agencies to use - Budget just lost my business.
