Andrew Mullins sent a message to Thomas J. Wilson - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Allstate Corporation - Email Address that said:
I know we are in a period of unprecedented times with the recent natural disasters with Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, However I should have heard from an adjuster by now. Allstate needs to add additional resources to staff for the expected increase workload. I expect to hear from an adjuster by close of business 9/15. I am prepared to terminate my insurance with Allstate immediately upon completion of Allstate obligations under my current policy if I do not have an adjuster onsite by COB 9/15. Please advise.
