I know you will probably not see this but let me just tell you that I usually spend several thousands of dollars at Macy"s per year. But I am not going to this year. Your coupons don't work on sale items -WTH? Very disappointed with prices this year. After shopping on-line I have to say all of the things in my cart - only to find that half were no longer available - No I cannot waste my time and my money at Macy's. I will not even speak to your charge card interest rates! Goodbye Macy's!
