I love GameStop. I have had an account with you for many years with now over 50 pc games on it. Recently, I upgraded my computer and when I went to my GameStop account to reinstall my pc games, all my games had disappeared. I have sent multiple e-mails to your staff to recover my games, but have received no helpful solutions to getting my pc games back. I would appreciate your help.
