Your frequent flyer program is easy to use and fair.
Your airline is always on time or early.
My one beef-the cost of flying a pet. Paying $95 each way to stuff a 6 lb pet under the seat is a ripoff. If I am paying for that pet, why can't we get frequent flyer credits?
