I made a large purchase on First week of Oct. 2017 of five different appliances, and one was refused on delivery day, I have been calling and leaving messages to a Curtis at the Home Depot Corp. and have not had a return call from him to this day. Today I spoke to a Jessica at HD Corp. at noon to see why my check had not been sent to the Clinton, MS store for me to pick up. Originally when I when to get my refund at the store, I was told they only had dollars, in currency of (Ones) and (Five), and and said they didnt have that kind of large amount of money to refund me, so I suggested that I would call Corparate to see about getting my refund. They also told me I could not get my money put back on my card. I dont understand that, as I have had other amounts at other stores refund and put back on my Cash card. I am writing this message to see If you could help me escalate and get my refund in the amount of $2,994.93
