I made an online order almost a month ago. I recieved an incomplete order and immediately contacted gamestop. After about a week I was told I would get the items sent. Then I receive another email saying they shipped the other stuff from my order (what I had received already). Now today I was told that it was taKen care of that I recieved my items. I ordered some my little pony stuff and 2 Mattel wwe elite figures. I never recieved my wwe figures, have the email saying that my wwe figures would be sent and would be here by the 16th (17th was my daughters birthday and these were for her). I'm gettin pissed off now. This is fraud, I paid for items and still to this day I have recieved no help. You call your customers family, well this is some way to show it. I promised my daughter I'd get her some wrestlers and now I had to look like a bad parent because of your staff. I'd appreciate a call and for this to be handled correctly for once. I just want what I paid for.
