I manage a beautiful apartment community located at 600 Legacy Dr., Plano, Texas 75023. I need your help, the cable boxes are left open with wires hanging out. Residents complain however even when I ask the cable installer to properly close the cable box he says he will but then leaves it open. I know the age old excuse from your folk I call which is someone must have been stealing service . I assure you that is not the case, I have well qualified residents, I see the cable installer at the box, I see the cable installer drive away and leave it open. This is a violation of the City of Plano property standards and unsightly.
I know you must have a lot of important issues to address but Villas at Chase Oaks apartment community is important to me.
