My name is Sazzad Hossain, PharmD. I am currently a CVS Health pharmacist who is interested in being rehired by Walgreens. I am rehirable and my Start Date with Walgreens was 10/7/2000 and my end date was 03/24/2014. Thus I worked for Walgreens for 14 years. I will admit I made a poor choice that eventually led to termination by previous ownership but I am eligible to be rehired. I have dual licensure in Texas and Illinois (will need to renew). I have reached out to Jason Davis and Robert Jenkins for employment pharmacist opportunities. Many Bangladeshi relatives of mine are in the United Kingdom are also interested in Boots.
