John sent a message to Charlie Ergen Co-founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dish Network Email Address that said:
I must tell you I have been with Dish for a few years and been very happy with your service till today. I finally made the decision to Bundle because I was told that my bill would be around $185.00 + tax and I got my new bill today and it is $231.56 and when I called about that amount I was told it will end up being $256.82 amount when it sorts out??? The reason I did the bundle was I was going to save around $30.00 and get one bill, but now it cost me $12 more not mention all the pain I wet through to get a new modem and get this all to work. I feel just like YOUR commercial where you show Direct TV they give you one bill and then jack you on the other side. Very disappointed and I can assure you I won`t be bragging about you guys anymore. On top of that you have no way to contact your company by email on you web site to escalate a problem. I am being told by one of you reps to call and that has gotten me no where but frustrated. John
