I need some help. I signed up for CenturyLink and I feel I've been abused. Not only was my original bill nearly twice the amount I was quoted on the phone, and noone can help me, but I have not received good service. I have to reboot my modem 5 to 10 times a day; I was promised 40 Mbps download and I am receiving 8 Mbps. I've called customer service about the bill and these issues and I feel like a foot ball - being tossed from one person to the next.
Would you please email me someone I can talk to to get this corrected?
