I need some help on my hardship loan with your company. I appled in Febuary 2015 and it is still not finalized. I have never had such a mad experience with any company. I am asked for the same info time and time again. I need ths closed so I can move on wlith my life. My husband passed away very suddenly in december 2014 and that is why I need this loan modified. I have no idea what my true loan balance is at this time. I have been making the modification payment to citi bank since Oct. 2015 but still have not got final papers...Please, Please, do somtime to help me. I need to move on. I will need to sell my home down the road sometime. It would really be nice if you would call me. Please Please help me get passed this...
