I need to know how important customer satisfaction is to you. I have just been informed my 2009 Escape with 21,500 miles needs to have the ABS module replaced. I have also been informed Ford has extended the warranty to 7 years/70,000 miles for this part on motor homes for customer satisfaction. Since I think you sell more cars and trucks than motor homes, I hope you will agree, customer satisfaction for car and truck owners is just as important.
