David sent a message to Gregory L. Henslee – Chief Executive Officer and President of O’Reilly Automotive Inc. – Email Address that said:
I need to speak to some one about a purchase that I made yesterday at one of your Phoenix, Az. O Reilly store. I made a purchase they ran my credit card and said it would not except it so I paid cash got home had my wife to call about my credit card and they showed that there was a charge on my card for the same amount that I paid cash for. I went back to the store to bring this to their attention and in no certain words I was told to prove that it also went on my card. Called the credit card number back to see if it was possible for them to e mail me just a copy of that charge, at which time they told me that I could pull it up on my computer at which time I told them I do not do any transactions where I have to put my card number out there so they let me know that the statement that shows this charge would not be sent out until Jan. 11 2017. I went back to the store and they more or less said for me to prove that I was double charged.
