I need your help. On 5 May I made a huge mistake. I sent Labcorp $426 instead of Kohls. I use Bill pay through PNC Bank. Since 5 May I have had many conversations between PNC and Labcorp and still cannot recover my money. PNC sent, by fax, proof of payment, which shows that the money was sent to Labcorp. I was told that the only way to search for the payment was to have a check number or account number. We are retired and afford to lose the money.
