I ordered a bar (april 2 by phone) and 12 cabinets (march 31), the cabinets have come in sporadically. I originally ordered the bar over the phone to take advantage of a 20% savings that was about to end. I expected to receive written confirmation and a delivery date via mail. When I did not receive a delivery date, I called and was told it was on backorder and would not be in until July. I have called and been told numerous things (such as that the bar is in a warehouse in nearby Richmond!) then the story changes with each person I have talked to. I called to complain about the inconsistency of information being given and when I followed up find that no complaints are noted on the file. I am now awaiting yet another phone call from someone in Oaklahoma to explain to me exactly where my bar is and how I can communicate my issues with inaccurate and misleading information being given by your support staff.
