richard sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
I ordered a item off Ebay and paid for it via Paypal credit. The item didn't arrive in a timely manner and didn't fit, so I returned it. The seller received the item back on 1/13/17. I want my money back. There have been no updates noted to my resolution case online since file on 1/3/17.
Can you please help me obtain my refund. 1-1/2 wait times to talk to Paypal each time about this. Most of the time the call ends up in a call center overseas which know one can speak one sentence of English.
