i ordered a jacket early yesterday for my sons birthday present to give to him that night. macys guaranteed me same day delivery and i paid extra for it. i received an email well into the night hours later when i was home expecting the package any minute to surprise him, and see below. they refused to compensate me in any way for this issue, ive been a long time customer of macys and now this is the final straw if nothing gets done to rectify this. i had to run back out last night at 8pm to get something, and waste 50 minutes on the phone with a rep that had no clue what i was even talking about. i request that the item be sent to me free of charge for this hassle and i will not abandon macys. thank you.
