I ordered my Ampyra, I was told my CoPay is $187 and change before CoPay assistance. Why do ALL my invoices say $500.00?
All I get is different stories every time I talk to Anthem and their companies.
I am sending your invoice and information to IRS.
I was also told invoice for balance would be sent. I believe nothing, because every time I ask for invoice I don’t receive it.
I really don’t understand how asking for a correct invoice with the correct co pay is such a big deal, and turned into such a mess. It’s not my problem what your system can or can’t do, doing right no longer exist in this world. You have proven this to me. I do not feel I’m asking too much. I would think you would want to be correct. I need my balance and an invoice number to pay my bill. Maybe you can give me this.

It’s my understanding you are required to supply customer with correct invoices. You say next month it shows, no it don’t I have the proof. Especially if requested. I request and sometimes you do and most of the time you don’t. From a tax standpoint, if Audited, you disclaimer is useless from what I understand. Every time I talk with someone I get lied too and you know it.
I’m not paying incorrect invoice. You can take me too collections.
I will fight it. It’s wrong what you do. You know it.
I continue to have problems with billing from your companies. I get invoiced all the time for a Co-Pay of $500.00. My Co-Pay is $40.00 dollars. I have to call Accrredo every Month and ask for a corrected invoice, which Accredo says will be sent to me. It never happens, the last two months someone sends me a hand written piece of nothing and expect me to pay from it. I will not pay from hand written documents written by Anthem companies again.. I have had nothing but trouble with Express Scripts, including but limited to, incorrect billing, charges to my credit card which took me months to get straightened out, medicine shipped I did not order, new prescriptions order from my doctors that were not needed or requested, etc.
Nobody seems to care.
The women who handled my first grievance is a liar. She told me one more try with Accredo and if problems continue other options would be explored. She also said theses problems were taken care of, Lie. They are not taken care of.
She was also to have one contact at Accredo take care of me due to all the problems. She requested contact info, I gave her the info and Accredo still called the wrong number. She was responsible to take care of this.
Why does a customer have to put up with this?
You would not let a customer get away with this.
I will not pay another invoice for my Ampyra with incorrect billing invoices. The $500.00 invoice should not even be sent to me.
What do I have to do to stop the complete lack of doing a job right?
I’m tired of handling this incompetence every month. This should not happen.
