I own 2015 Putnam Street in Toledo, Ohio. I was wondering if you would like to purchase it for around $70,000. And then turn around and sell it or donate it the Thomas Wernert Center, the neighbor who is buying up all the adjacent land.
In addition, I also own 1850 W. Alexis Road Toledo, located across from K-Mart, zoned commercial and would like to sell that to you as well.
I believe you and your brother knew my sister, Wendy Burkhart, who played tennis against Tracy Austin In Savage Hall University of Toledo years ago.
