I own Cooper Construction. I have recently started doing business with Lowes. These are the problems I am having. this happens every month. 1. I login to pay my balance. when I try to pay the exact number lowes says my balance is a red words come up telling me I cant pay more than my balance. I then call customer service. they ask for my my ss#. I wont give it. I ask for a representive. after many times I get a rep. that I cant understand. i just want to pay my bill. your website does not work. the reps i cant understand are worthless. all i want to do is pay my bill. when i finally do find a way to pay my bill i get an email from lowes saying my bank wont pay them. i have used 3 different banks and each one of them has the same problem with lowes. i own several companies. i want to know if there are problems. then i get them fixed. please fix these problems so i wont have to drive a 15 extra miles to do business with Home depot in Corsicana, tx. i want to trade with lowes in gun barrel city tx. call me and let me know when you have these issues fixed.
