I paid off 2 mortgages with your bank on 6/26/15. Have been checking with county about satisfaction of mortgage... nothing... so I called your customer satisfaction yesterday. Was told I would be called this morning.... nothing. Called back before your lien release team went home (ET). Told, again, will call you in the morning. THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY.
