I placed an online order on May 2, 2016.
When I open the package, the slipcovers were missing, I called you company,May 14, 2016, they said they will reach out to vendor to ship out.
On May 16th I called again and was told it can take up to 10 business days to get slipcovers.
This is unacceptable!
This was my 1st online order with your company and it was my LAST!
