I PLACED AN ORDER VIA WEBSITE ON 6-1-2016
THE ORDER WAS TO BE SHIPPED TO THE JCPENNEY STORE AT THE TREASURE COAST MALL. ON JUNE 12TH, I HAVE NOT HEAD OR RECEIVED INFORMATION ABOUT MY ORDER. I CALLED THE ORDER DEPT AND NO ONE KNEW WHERE MY ORDER WAS, EVERYONE AGREED I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A CALL. I WENT TO THE STORE ON JUNE 16TH AND WAS TOLD THE ITEM WOULD BE DELIVERED TO THE STORE ON 6/17TH. I RECEIVED TWO EMAILS ASKING ME TO COME PICK UP MY ITEM. I WENT ON 6/26TH AND WAS ADVISED THE ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE, I TRAVELLED 28 MILES TO THE STORE AND THE LACK OF CONCERN IS NOT MY IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DID GET THE REFUND BUT CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW JC PENNEY COULD OFFER HORRIBLE SERVICE. JUST THOUGHT YOU SHOULD KNOW AND LOOK INTO ORDERS VIA WEBSITE.
