princess banks sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy - email address that said:

I placed placed an order on 3/10/17 for a NES classic. 1st I had to update my payment method after I did that I was given an email saying that my order was fine. Now the NES is out of stock and my order was canceled. When I call no one can say exactly why nor can they replace my order. This item is impossible to get anywhere. I would like my system. I still have a hold on my bank account.
