I preordered Destiny Rise of Iron for my son over a month ago, we went – J Paul Raines email address

Victoria sent a message to J. Paul Raines – Chief Executive Officer of GameStop Corporation – Email Address that said:

I preordered Destiny Rise of Iron for my son over a month ago, we went to the store on 9-19-16 to get the code. We come home entered the code and we are unable to download. We called Game stop and they told me to call Sony. I called Sony and they said they have a lot of people trying to download at the same time. To try again the next day it should be working. I call Sony again today and they tell me we have to the previous 3 Destiny games to get this one. No one EVER mentioned this to me at the store! Sony tells me to call Game stop to get a refund or I can purchase the previous 3 games to play the new one. I call Game stop and they tell me they can't do anything because we have already entered the code, yes we entered the code but we got nothing! If Game stop would have mentioned that you needed the first 3 games I would not have made this purchase. Even if we can't get our money back we at least asked for a store credit which I was told "No" to both. This completely unacceptable and not taking care of the customer at all. I can't believe that GameStop would just take someone's money and not try and resolve the issue. If this had been my mistake I would not be writing you, but because your staff failed to mention (4 different times)what is required in order for you to be able to play the game prior to purchase. I would like a response to how this issue can be resolved.
Thank you,
Victoria
