I purchased 3 cars from you so far this year. Two were new and one was a year old. I dealt exclusively with the top guy, the GM at the dealership and now I am so sorry I went to your operation. Promises made were not kept and yes, I should have asked for it in writing. It is truly a disgrace and I am not happy.
