Brian sent a message to Mark Fields President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company email address that said:
I purchased a 2015 Mustang from Lance Cunningham Ford in 2014. I traded the Mustang for a 2016 F350 on March 16, 2016 from Fairway Ford in Greenville SC.
I have called Lance Cunningham Ford many times and left messages, to no avial. I'm trying to get a refund for an extended warranty and maintenance plan that I purchased with the Mustang..
I called today and got a finance manager on the phone. He told me that he would email me the needed documents. I did not receive them.
Why am I having such a hard time?
