I purchased a 2015 ultra low limited in July 2015. There was a recall for the hydraulic clutch. In which I took back to Harley Haven in Irmo South Carolina who replaced the parts inside.But said You guys only authorized the parts not the seal to be replaced also which in turn cause to leak and eat away the cover coating of the cylinder cover which now looks like carp. Just over a year old and this really is unacceptable. I am a retired Navy Seal and used my hard earn money to buy your product and you want do the right thing by replacing the rubber seal gasket so if wouldn't eat the black coating off the cylinder. Why should I recommend or buy another one of your products if cut corners like that. What if I and other military members cut corners for your freedom and security of this country how would you feel. All I want is to have something nice and proud to own and ride with out paying for the products and service of defective workmanship and replacement parts not being done right.
