I purchased a 49" LED TV K-5000 on 17.4.2017 in Delhi, India. After – Lee KunHee

I purchased a 49" LED TV K-5000 on 17.4.2017 in Delhi, India. After some time, cloud like patches developed on its screen. A complaint was lodged on 5.3.2018 on the centralised number of Samsung Service Centre in India. The panel was replaced but the quality of picture fell down and TV is giving out of focus and out of frame pictures . The colours are also weired. Every day I haggle with the service centre people about this issue. The complaint has been repeated scores of time during the last one month. Many people have visited my house but of no use. They have not been able to rectify the problem. They have stopped responding me though the complaint is still open and TV is in warranty period. I have requested them to make arrangement and take the TV to their workstation for thorough checking. They are just ignoring this request too. Please do help me.
