I PURCHASED A CHESTERFIELD BED AND FOOTBOARD FROM YOUR SOMMERSET COLLECTION STORE LOCATED IN TROY MICHIGAN, BACK ON AUGUST 2, 2015. I WAS TOLD THAT EVERYTHING WAS IN STOCK AND WOULD BE DELIVERED BETWEEN SEPT 1 AND THE 15TH . I RECEIVED THE EMAIL THE NEXT DAY CONFIRMING THE ORDER AND DATE OF DELIVERY. ONE WEEK AFTER RECEIVING THAT EMAIL I WAS UPDATED WITH ANOTHER EMAIL TELLING ME IT WAS ON BACKORDER IT WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL OCT 1 AND 15TH. SO THIS IS WHERE ALL THE PROBLEM STARTS THE WRONG BED WAS DELIVERED I ORDERED A KING AND WHILE THE SO CALLED WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDNT FIT THE BED FRAME ON TO MY BOXSPRINGS. WELL I WAS LEFT WITH A CALIFORNIA KING BED NOT A KING BED THAT IS WHY THE BOXSPRING WERE NOT FITTING SO I GUESS THAT BECAME MY PROBLEM, WHY THE DIDNT MEASURE THE HEADBOARD THEY WOULD HAVE NOTICED THE SIZE DIFFERENCE. SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD THEM THE SITUATION AND I HAD TO GET A REORDER AND THAT MY BED WILL NOT BE IN UNTIL DECEMBER 3 CALLED A
ON DECEMBER 3RD WHILE WAITING AND BEING DISCONNECTED SEVERAL TIMES FINIALLY SPOKE WITH SOMEONE TOLD THEM THE PROBLEM THEY PUT ME ON THE PHONE WITH BRANDON OR BRENDON FROM THE WAREHOUSE HE TOLD ME THE SIDEBOARDS WERE COMING IN THAT WEEK AND THE HEADBOARD WILL BE IN THE WAREHOUSE ON DECEMBER 10TH. I RECEIVED NO PHONE CALL SO I WENT BACK TO THE STORE I FIRST PURCHASED IT THEY GOT ON THE PHONE WITH THE WAREHOUSE AND NOW I WAS TOLD IT IS COMING FROM NORTH CAROLINA AND WILL NOT BE IN THE WAREHOUSE UNTIL DECEMBER 18TH. THIS PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS PAID IN FULL BACK IN SEPTEMBER I HAVE NOTHING I AM CONSTANTLY BE TOLD DIFFERENT DATES. I AM TIRED OF WAITING ON HOLD AND BEING TRANSFERRED. I HAVE A CALIFORNIA KING BED SITTING IN MY BASEMENT WAITING TO BE PICKED UP WHENEVER THEY DELIVER THIS BED. I WANT TO KNOW WHEN I REALLY AM GOING TO GET THIS BED THE CORRECT BED I HAVE READ THE COMPLAINTS REGARDING CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS REALLY NEEDS BE LOOKED AT. I ALSO BROUGHT UP THE BED ON LINE. TODAY THE KING BED IS GOING FOR $2,549 I PURCHASED IT IN AUGUST FOR $2,749 MY TOTAL FOR SHIPPING AND PROCESSING CAME TO $2,956.34 AND I HAVE NOTHING THANK YOU
