I purchased a game on Cyber Monday at gamestop.com using a gamestop giftcard. A – J Paul Raines email address

Vicky Cecchin sent a message to J. Paul Raines Chief Executive Officer of GameStop Corporation Email Address that said:

I purchased a game on Cyber Monday at gamestop.com using a gamestop giftcard. A week later I received an email stating it had been cancelled due to a processing error. I immediately contacted customer service (I was on hold for over 40 minutes) and the agent advised they he would reinstate the same price and I should get a tracking number by the end of the day. I kept checking and finally called back on Wednesday the 6th. Once again I was on hold for over 30 minutes and the agent said there may have been an issue with the giftcard but she resolved it and I should get a tracking number by the end of the day. I waited until Friday and called back. This time the agent said she would contact the warehouse directly, called me back, and said it was completed and I should get a tracking number by the end of the day. Well now it is Monday the 11 and no tracking number and once again I am on hold with customer service. The agent stated there is some issue with giftcard processing and that was the cause of this. Why didnt someone tell me this before and why is it taking so long to get resolved. I guess we will see if it really works this time. I am so disappointed and will NEVER order from Gamestop.
