I purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy 10/2016 when it was delivered it was an – Hubert Joly email address

Janet sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy – email address that said:

I purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy 10/2016 when it was delivered it was an open box and we had purchased a new one. They realized their mistake and called us, they didn't have another of this model so had to transfer one in from another state..so we were without one for two weeks...when the new one came it leaked water so when I called the service center they were no help at all, just putting us off and kept telling us to pick a new model because this one was no longer available, never suggesting to send out the geek squad even tho we purchased the extended warranty. My husband and I took it on ourself to call LG and get a repair man out....Best Buy said they would give us a 125.00 gift card for our inconvenience but we never received it.. so again we called customer care and guess what, case has been closed and the case manager is no longer with Best Buy!,,,I will never, never buy a major appliance from Best Buy again, Home Depot or sears has always treated us better......
