I purchased a refrigerator from Sears last week and I am very unhappy with my purchase. The purchase was made online and the specifications of the refrigerator were false. I called 2 days after it was delivered and expressed my dissatisfaction. I was informed that nothing would be done. I asked if I could exchange the refrigerator for one that had the features that were implicitly specified on your website and she refused. I then asked for the supervisor. The supervisor was unavailable but your representative stated that she would call me back. She never called me back. Please help me with this problem. Every time I look at the refrigerator, I become very unhappy. My last refrigerator was from Sears and I loved it so I cannot believe that your company is so unresponsive to my issues.
