I purchased a treadmill on www.dickssportinggoods.com and paid for the white glove service – Edward W Stack email address

I purchased a treadmill on www.dickssportinggoods.com and paid for the white glove service to have it installed the night it was delivered. it did not work and we got Nautilus support oni the phone; it was determine that it had an electrical short. I placed a return order with dickssportinggoods.com that night. It is almost a month later and I have been getting the run around from customer support and I am sick of itl. I want the logistics company, ATI to call me TODAY to schedule pick up so I can get thie useless treadmill out of my bedroom and gert my refund. I was told Friday night by a supervisor that he had escalated my retyurn and that my return tracking number was 18061588 but when I called ATI as I hadnt heard from them, they told me that was assigned to a guy in Utah. Im in Illinois. I just got off the phone with customer service again who assured me they had escalated this to ATI but they couldnt give me a return tracking number. I hope you can understand how frustrated and angry I am at this point. I do technical support for a living and we would be out of business if my team treated people that way. I am about to dispute this charge with my bank to have the money taken away from Dicks Sporting Goods. Please have someone call me today at 847-533-4923 to assure me this return order HAS been expedited that ATI will call me today. Thank you.
