Cheri sent a message to Charles W. Scharf – Chief Executive Officer and Director of Visa Inc. – Email Address that said:
I purchased a Visa Gift Card for my Mother's Christmas gift and she realized it went missing when she returned from Florida this May.
I called Visa several times and they refused to reimburse my Mother and said they cant do anything about it.
I have the official receipt from the purchase and still nothing from Visa.
This was a $150.00 gift card, to my mother, who has never once used the card and is out a Christmas present.
I have been a client of Visa for many years and find it difficult to comprehend that Visa would provide such a services....
