I purchased a Xbox during black Friday with the idea I would received a 40.00 rebate for my purchase. I sent all information many times. Thur email and Fax to only be told today that after many months of waiting I would not longer be getting my rebate. Is this the way Game-stop treats there customers? My home has purchased many items from Game-stop. My husband buy every game though this company.
